iPhone is a product of Apple that is associated with PC and Mac users and due to that iPhone user can make their ringtone by using iTunes for Windows. This can also be done with any third party ringtone software. So to make ringtone it is important to follow some important instructions that are given below:
- At first download and install iTunes from Apple
- Then select the “Add to library” from Edit menu to locate songs in popup window and then open it in iTunes library.
- Then click edit to select preferences and in the import setting buttons choose “Aac Encoder”
- Then right click the songs to select “Create AAC version”. It will automatically appear below the old file.
- Then right click on new song after that select “Get Info”, then click in the option tab and then put the check marks after start and stop time boxes.
- Then select the ringtone timing as such iPhone may have limitation in this regard.
- Delete the old files from iTunes and locate the new AAC file by using “My Computer”. Manually retype the file extension from “M4A” to “M4R” and save.
- Then drag new M4R in iTunes and wait for it to be loaded. At last plug your iPhone and add the new ringtone to your iPhone.
